Ordering through our website is simple and convenient. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) securely via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to take advantage of this option. If, however, you would prefer to pay by check please e-mail to make arrangements. Processing of these orders will not begin until your check has cleared.
Please allow between two and three weeks for items to be customized and shipped, though items will ship sooner if possible. Please note that some of our gifts ship directly from the manufacturer and may take longer than two weeks to ship. Please refer to specific item descriptions for this information. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is sent. We offer shipping via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service. Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of your gift. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple locations within one order.

All personalized orders are custom made to your specifications. Please check your order for accuracy before submitting it. Personalized items are NOT returnable and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Orders shipped to New York residents will be charged the applicable local sales tax.
